Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 9th September 2026

  1. Company identity

This website, toriesnbeyond.com, is owned and operated by [Insert the complete legal name of ARA Technics exactly as shown on the trade licence], a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence number [Insert Licence Number] and having its registered address at [Insert Registered Address].

Stories n Beyond is a marketing and creative-services brand operated by ARA Technics under its licensed Marketing Management activity.

In these Terms and Conditions, “ARA Technics,” “Stories n Beyond,” “Company,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the licensed legal entity identified above.

  1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you enter into a separate proposal, quotation or service contract with ARA Technics, that document will govern the particular project. If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and a signed project contract, the project contract will apply to that project.

  1. Services

Stories n Beyond provides marketing-related services through ARA Technics, including, as applicable:

  • Marketing strategy and planning;
  • Digital and social-media marketing;
  • Campaign planning and management;
  • Content strategy and content marketing;
  • Branding strategy;
  • Market positioning;
  • Promotional planning;
  • Pricing and distribution strategy; and
  • Other services related to marketing management.

Information presented on this website is a general description of our capabilities and does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee or contractual commitment.

Where a project requires specialised technical, development, design or production services outside ARA Technics’ directly licensed activities, including certain website-development, mobile-application-development or specialist production services, those services may be coordinated through appropriately licensed third-party service providers.

The applicable proposal or contract will identify the project scope, deliverables and, where relevant, the involvement of third-party providers.

  1. Proposals and project contracts

The scope, fees, deliverables, revisions, responsibilities and estimated completion schedule for each project will be stated in a written proposal, quotation or service contract issued by ARA Technics.

No verbal discussion, website description, presentation, draft, message or preliminary estimate constitutes a binding commitment unless it is incorporated into an approved written proposal or contract.

Any quotation is valid only for the period stated in it. If no validity period is stated, the quotation will remain valid for 30 days from its date, unless withdrawn or revised earlier.

  1. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate instructions, information and materials;
  • Giving feedback, approvals and decisions within the agreed time;
  • Confirming the accuracy of names, prices, claims, specifications and other content;
  • Ensuring that materials supplied to us may lawfully be used;
  • Obtaining any permissions, licences or regulatory approvals required for the client’s business, products or campaign;
  • Ensuring that client-supplied content does not violate intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights; and
  • Reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication, printing, production or distribution.

Delays in receiving information, content, feedback, payment or approval may result in corresponding changes to the project schedule.

  1. Fees, payment and VAT

Fees, deposits and payment stages will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation or contract.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Work may begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment;
  • Payments must be made to the bank account officially designated by ARA Technics;
  • Additional work outside the approved scope may be quoted and charged separately;
  • Third-party expenses may require advance payment; and
  • Applicable UAE VAT will be charged where required by law.

Final deliverables, editable source files or ownership rights may be withheld until all outstanding amounts have been received.

  1. Changes and revisions

The number and type of revisions included in a project will be specified in the applicable proposal or contract.

A request that materially changes the approved brief, scope, format, functionality, quantity, direction or deliverables may be treated as additional work. We will inform the client of any resulting change in fees or schedule before undertaking such additional work.

  1. Project timelines

Any completion date or project schedule is based on the information available when the proposal is issued and on the client meeting all agreed responsibilities.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, project dates are reasonable estimates. We are not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Late client feedback, approvals or payments;
  • Changes to the agreed scope;
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information;
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms, suppliers or providers;
  • Technical failures outside our reasonable control; or
  • Events of force majeure.
  1. Third-party services and platforms

Projects may involve third-party products or services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, advertising platforms, social-media platforms, stock-media libraries, fonts, plugins, software, payment gateways or analytics services.

Such services are subject to their own terms, fees, availability and licence conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ARA Technics does not control and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, suspensions, price increases or failures affecting a third-party service.

The client is responsible for ongoing third-party subscription, licence, renewal and usage charges unless the project contract states otherwise.

  1. Intellectual property

10.1 Website content

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, graphics, layouts, branding elements and other original content created for this website are owned by or licensed to ARA Technics.

The website may also contain third-party materials used under applicable licences. No ownership of such third-party material is claimed by ARA Technics.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

10.2 Client-provided materials

The client retains ownership of materials supplied by the client. By providing such materials, the client confirms that it owns them or has obtained the permissions necessary for their use.

The client grants ARA Technics and any approved project partners permission to use those materials solely as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

10.3 Project deliverables

Ownership and usage rights in project deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal or contract.

Subject to complete payment of all agreed fees, the client will receive the ownership or usage rights expressly stated in the project contract.

Unless expressly transferred in writing, the following remain subject to their original ownership or licence conditions:

  • Pre-existing materials and intellectual property;
  • Working methods, systems, know-how and processes;
  • Templates, tools and reusable components;
  • Third-party photographs, fonts, software, plugins and stock assets;
  • Open-source components;
  • Drafts, unused concepts and rejected designs; and
  • Materials licensed rather than sold.

Delivery of a final design or file does not automatically transfer ownership of every underlying component.

  1. Portfolio use and confidentiality

We will treat confidential client information with reasonable care and use it only for the project and related administrative purposes.

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing or the project contract states otherwise, we may display publicly released work in our portfolio, website, presentations and social-media channels for the purpose of demonstrating our experience.

Confidential or unreleased information will not knowingly be published without the client’s permission.

  1. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general information only.

We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Visitors should obtain a formal proposal or professional advice before making business decisions based on website content.

  1. Warranties

We will perform our agreed services with reasonable professional care and skill.

Except for warranties expressly stated in a written project contract or required by applicable law, no additional warranty is given regarding particular commercial results, sales, customer engagement, search-engine ranking, advertising performance, platform approval or other outcomes influenced by third parties or market conditions.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARA Technics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting solely from the use of this website or reliance on its general content.

Liability relating to a client project will be governed by the applicable proposal or service contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE law.

  1. Cancellation and termination

Cancellation, suspension and termination terms for individual projects will be set out in the applicable proposal or contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client remains responsible for:

  • Work completed up to the effective date of cancellation;
  • Approved work already in progress;
  • Non-refundable third-party costs and commitments; and
  • Any other amounts due under the project contract.

Any advance payment will be dealt with according to the applicable proposal, contract and work completed. Advance payments are not automatically refundable.

  1. Force majeure

Neither party will be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, government restrictions, internet or utility interruption, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, labour disruption or failure of an essential third-party platform.

The affected party must make reasonable efforts to minimise the delay and resume performance when reasonably possible.

  1. External links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. These links are provided for convenience only.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security or services of third-party websites.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ajman.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction required by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms, this website or our services will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The revised version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the website after publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. Changes affecting an existing contracted project will apply only as permitted by the applicable project contract and law.
